The Restless Engine
My mother always described me as "restless." I had a biological need to move β always. I started sports at age six and haven't stopped since. After five years of Karate and reaching a brown belt, I pivoted to Handball at age 11. That is where my real training began.
The Five-Year Breakthrough
I'll be honest: I was the talentless player. Fit enough to make the team, making enough mistakes to be the target of frustration. I spent five years training relentlessly β gym sessions, basketball, tennis, volleyball, Judo, Kung Fu β all to find the missing edge. One day, the work paid off. I became a key high-scorer for the U18s and was scouted for the First Team.
Consistency eventually overcomes a lack of initial calibration. I have tested this thesis across every domain of my life β and it has never failed.
Certified Optimization
After moving to Germany, I became a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach specializing in Functional Training. Today, I apply the same high-performance logic to individuals and teams that I apply to my engineering projects.
